We understand that compliance can be one of the most challenging aspects of community management.
That’s why we created a specialized Community Standards Team solely dedicated to inspections and enforcement— removing this responsibility from community managers and ensuring a fair, consistent process.
Our compliance program is built on a neutral system of checks and balances designed to protect both the Association and its individual members. Dedicated inspectors identify and document potential issues, while a separate team member reviews and initiates compliance cases. This structured, three-step process provides transparency, accountability, and peace of mind—ensuring every homeowner can enjoy a clean, well-maintained, and harmonious community.

Our Customer Relations Department is staffed with full-time trained representatives who work right here in the OMS Corporate Center. Residents always speak with someone who is standing by lives in Las Vegas and genuinely understands the needs of their community.
With a combined 50 years of OMS experience, this highly qualified five-person team has deep knowledge of our processes policies and the unique operations of each community. They are experts in assessment payment obligations delinquencies banking operations community standards and architectural application requirements. This expertise allows them to deliver accurate information fast resolutions and a consistently high level of personalized service that residents and stakeholders can depend on.

Executive Level Managers

Our executive level managers act as designated leaders serving as the CEO of the community they support. They are easily accessible and build strong relationships with owners’, residents, and board members alike. Residents and stakeholders are welcome to stop by the office without an appointment to meet with their manager face to face.
Each community receives a personalized management plan tailored to its unique goals and challenges. Our managers work closely with boards to align their vision for the future with what the law allows while maintaining a solid financial position and long-term stability. Clients rely on our executive managers for thoughtful guidance consistent communication and leadership that moves their community forward.
